Firstly you might want to figure out what type of learner you are so you can pick the skills and strategies that work best for you.

• Take the VARK Questionnaire to find out if you are a Visual, Aural, Read/Write or Kinesthetic learner and use the different VARK Strategies to help you develop additional, effective methods for learning and for improving your communication skills.
