Free on-campus or online help with your coursework
Our teachers work with individual students or small groups to help with:
understanding assessments
research and referencing
basic computing for study
reading and writing strategies
numeracy and vocational maths
using English language
general study skills like time management
We offer on-campus session times (see timetable to the right) where a teacher will be available to help – you don’t need to book and can come at any time during the session and stay as long as you like.
Our online study support can also be accessed after-hours, this is a good option for apprentices, part-time workers, or parents with busy households. You don’t need to be studying an online course to access online support, and online students can access their local campus for the face-to-face sessions.
We are encouraging students from the same course or study area to form small study groups and we can assign a teacher to support this. These groups could meet on-campus or online.
To make a request for Study Support, click the button above and complete the form. We will be back in contact very soon with the information you’ll need to get the support you’re after.
Use the calendar functions to see the available sessions. Click on a session time to find out more information.
Please note: As the above drop-in sessions may change at short notice we recommend that you check with Library staff or the Study Support Team first.
