Welcome to the blog for Butchery! Seasoned steak ready for cooking.

I’m Hannah and I’ll be your Statewide Library Subject Specialist. Each delivery team in TasTAFE has a library representative working with them to provide relevant resources, news, and updates for their courses in the form of blog posts. I will be looking at training.gov, and units of competency in your courses to inform the information that I post.

I’m hoping to post at least fortnightly but if there’s urgent or time-sensitive news I’ll post more frequently. Sometimes posts will be aimed at teaching staff, sometimes they will be focused towards students; Occasionally they might appeal to both!

Butchery now has it's own Subject Guide - take a look here, and please send me any feedback you have. I will be updating the Guide with pages that are relevant to the units of competency in the courese taught. I will let you know what I have updated here on the blog.
