Who We Are
Aboriginal Support Officers help Aboriginal people who want to, or are, studying at TasTAFE: ATSI Support. Aboriginal Support Officers have strong local area networks and can help connect you with community. Check out their Facebook page here: Aboriginal Support Facebook Page
Disability Liaison Officers assist students, apprentices and trainees with disabilities. You can find resources to help students with disability to prepare for further study here: Planning for post-secondary education .

International Student Advisors assist international students studying at TasTAFE. We can connect you with a supportive community of international TasTAFE Students and alumni. Contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org .

Mental Health Support
Beyond Blue - provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.
Kids Helpline - help for people from 5 to 25
Lifeline 24/7 - provides all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.
Headspace Headspace provides early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. Headspace can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support.
ReachOut.com ReachOut.com provides online self-help information, peer-support programs and referral tools for young people, parents, and schools.
Family Violence and Sexual Assault
1800RESPECT - National sexual assault, domestic family violence counselling service.
Houseconnect Emergency Accommodation - is the one-stop shop for all your housing and support needs and provides one assessment for everything from emergency accommodation to a long-term home.
