Native foods are big business in Australia and continue to gain attention - and grant money, such as this venture in Victoria. And there is still discoveries to be made in the sector, such as this thornless native raspberry.  However there is also concern over cultural property.

The TasTAFE Libraries have put together a page for staff and students about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, which includes a section on conservation and land management. We also have a selection of books and other resources in our collection that may be useful:
